A) CHEADLE HEATH SPORTS CLUB
1. NAME AND ADDRESS
The name of the club is Cheadle Heath
Sports Club, situated at Norbreck Avenue, Cheadle, Stockport,
Cheshire SK8 2ET
2. STATUS
Cheadle Heath Sports Club is a Trusteeship,
the Trustees being nominated in the Trust deed in the
property of A.S. Matthews & Co., Solicitors, at
Old Crofts Bank, Davyhulme, Manchester.
The club is a non-profit making organisation. All surplus
income or gains made by the club will be reinvested
in the club. No surplus income or income generated by
the sale of the club's assets may be distributed to
members or third parties (N.B. This does not preclude
donations to charities).
3. OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Trustees of Cheadle
Heath Sports Club are; -
a) The provision and maintenance of suitable outdoor
playing areas for organised football at a senior and
junior level and other organised football when possible
and other appropriate outdoor leisure activities.
b) To promote and encourage participation in football
and other sports when appropriate.
c) The ownership of suitable premises at the ground
to provide various facilities for members and guests.
d) The implementation of an appropriate HSE policy in
co-operation with the local authority and to ensure
there is full public liability insurance
e) To ensure a proper Child Protection Policy is in
place via Linotype / Cheadle Heath Nomads Football Club
f) To discharge its responsibilities under the Trust
Agreement.
B) LINOTYPE / CHEADLE HEATH
NOMADS F.C.
1) NAME
The Club shall be called Linotype /
Cheadle Heath Nomads F.C.
2) STATUS
The club shall be accountable to the
Trustees of Cheadle Heath Sports Club, to whom it will
report. All monies and property and status acquired
by Linotype / Cheadle Heath Nomads F.C. will remain
the property of Cheadle Heath Sports Club.
3) OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Football Club
shall be to improve its status in the game and promote
and encourage participation in football at Senior and
Junior level and to promote social activities for its
members.
4) TARGETS
The Trustees of Cheadle Heath Sports
Club will set financial, performance and behaviour targets.
Linotype / Cheadle Heath Nomads Football Club will be
expected to follow these targets and those set through
the Charter Standard of the Football Association.
